Licence Agreements
 

We offer several types of licence agreements

 
Sessional Licence

This type of licence guarantees you a regular session, on the same day and at the same time each week from as little as £340 per month depending on the Room and session. Should you need to book additional rooms, you can benefit from the discounted rate of £27 per hour and are not restricted to the room.

  
Occasional User Licence

The Occasional licence allows you to make Ad-Hoc bookings as and when you need them, subject to availability, at a rate of £40.00 per hour. If you would like to be a Harley Street practitioner without the commitment of a weekly session, the Occasional User Licence will be more beneficial. 

 

With the online booking system, you can check availability and book the room of your choice. In addition to the cost of your bookings, there’s a monthly licence fee of £70.00. 

All licence holders may sign up for our mail forwardin
g service for an additional monthly fee of £18.00. 

 

Tailored Licence (Single Day Hire)

Please contact us with your requirements for single day hire. We can offer Reception Services and Catering if required. 


What we need from you
Before we can sign you up for either of our licence types, we will need the following:
 

  • Evidence of professional registration and accreditation. 

  • Evidence of Professional Indemnity Insurance.

  • Evidence of your qualifications appropriate to the type of treatment or therapy you intend to carry out in our rooms.

  • A form of identification.

One Off Room Hire

If you need a room as a "one off", please get in touch as we may be able to assist you.
